We understand that it can be hard to find time to come in for help with your courses, especially if you’re an adjunct or teach at one of the other regional centers. That’s why we’re offering support outside of our usual office hours.
Side Note: our usual office hour are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday during spring and fall terms, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday during summer, in case you’re wondering.
Through June (that’s the entire spring term and beyond!), we’ll be offering monthly online support sessions via Blackboard Collaborate Ultra. Sessions occur on the first Sunday of each month and run from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m CST. Here’s when you should sign on:

All sessions take place online in Blackboard Collaborate Ultra using this support session link. Once signed in, you’ll be able to ask questions and get support directly from an LT staff member, no matter where you are!
