We know the past couple of terms have been tough and many of you may just not have had the bandwidth for adding professional development on top of so many other things going on. But as things start to slowly return to normal, there’s no better time to sign up to learn something new and ease back into the rhythms of a non-pandemic school year (we hope that will be a thing sooner rather than later–fingers crossed). Here are some places you can take a quick workshop, watch a webinar or go all out for an ed tech-focused conference.

Webinars and More
Adobe Education Exchange is a great place to learn how to use Adobe products (free for all COD employees) to build content in your courses or to engage with students.
While sometimes geared more towards K-12, there are plenty of topics that are broad enough to engage higher ed professionals, too.
Again, while sometimes more K-12 driven, these webinars offer advice on teaching from experts, with tips and tools that can also work in higher ed.
The OLC offers a wide range of webinars on teaching and technology. If you can’t attend, you can also access the recordings.
Have something else you think should be on the list? Email us and we’ll add it and feature it in an upcoming newsletter.
